How do I book a session?
Fill out the contact form with your session type, preferred date, and location idea. Once I confirm availability, I’ll send over the booking details. Your session is officially reserved once the retainer is paid and your booking is confirmed.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, golden hour sessions, and busy travel seasons. If your session is last minute, still reach out. If I’m available, I’ll do my best to make it work.
Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?
Yes. A 50 percent non refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before the session. Your date is not officially held until the retainer is paid and the booking is confirmed.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes. I photograph sessions across Oʻahu and love traveling for photoshoots. Whether your session is in Honolulu, Waikīkī, Kailua, North Shore, Ko Olina, Laie, or somewhere else on the island, I can help choose a location that fits the look you want.
For locations farther from my normal service area, there may be a small travel fee depending on distance, parking, permits, or location requirements.
I am also open to destination sessions outside of Hawaiʻi. For off island or international sessions, travel costs such as flights, lodging, transportation, and extra travel time would be quoted separately.
How do you handle difficult kids?
I keep family sessions relaxed and guided. Kids do not need to be perfect for good photos. I’ll use simple prompts, movement, breaks when needed, and a mix of posed and candid moments to keep the session natural. Some of the best photos happen when kids are just being themselves.
